Invoize Pro – Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Invoize Pro WordPress plugin (“the Plugin”) and any related services (“Services”) provided by Invoize Pro. By downloading, installing, or using the Plugin, you (“the User”) agree to be bound by these Terms, which form a legally binding agreement between you and Invoize Pro (“we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Plugin.
1. License Agreement
Upon purchase or download of the Plugin, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Plugin in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to redistribute, sublicense, or sell the Plugin to third parties unless expressly permitted by us.
a. Single-Site License
A single-site license permits you to install and use the Plugin on one WordPress website. This license is limited to personal or business use. The license is valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
2. Support and Updates
We provide support and updates for the Plugin as part of your active subscription. Support is offered for the duration of your subscription period, and updates are provided at our discretion.
a. Support
Support includes assistance with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of the Plugin. We do not provide support for third-party plugins, themes, or customizations made to your WordPress website. Support is available during regular business hours and may be accessed through the official support channels provided on our website.
b. Updates
We regularly update the Plugin to ensure compatibility with the latest versions of WordPress and to address bugs or security vulnerabilities. By using the Plugin, you consent to automatic updates unless you manually disable them within your WordPress dashboard. Updates may also introduce new features or change existing functionality.
3. Subscription and Renewal
Your license for the Plugin is based on a subscription model, which must be renewed on an annual basis or as otherwise specified during purchase. Upon subscription expiration, your access to support, updates, and premium features of the Plugin will be discontinued.
a. Renewal Policy
You will be notified prior to the expiration of your subscription and will have the option to renew at the then-current pricing. If you choose not to renew, you may continue using the Plugin, but you will no longer receive updates or support.
b. License Expiration
After the one-year license period, if you do not renew, the Plugin will still function on your WordPress website. However, you will no longer receive access to updates or support.
4. Payment Terms
All payments for the Plugin must be made in full upon purchase. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, or other payment methods as specified on our website.
a. Refunds
We offer various refund policies, depending on the nature of your purchase. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on eligibility and the procedure for requesting refunds. Refund requests must be made within the applicable refund period and will be processed according to the policy you selected during purchase.
