Invoize v1.13.0: from Quotation to Payment in Minutes – See What’s New!

invoize v1.13.0 update

We are thrilled to announce our latest update, invoize v1.13.0, and we sincerely thank all users who continue to support and use Invoize. In this update, we’ve introduced several important improvements, with highlights including invoice paid method tracking and tighter WooCommerce integration. In this article, we’ll focus on the most impactful updates from version 1.13.0.

The Idea Behind the Update

This version is built on real feedback from users. Many businesses want to know not just when invoices are paid, but also how they are paid. At the same time, WooCommerce users requested more flexibility in handling product stock and payments directly inside Invoize.

Key Highlights in Invoize  v1.13.0

1. Invoice Paid Method Tracking

  • Once an invoice is paid, you can now see which payment method was used.
  • This helps with financial reporting, bookkeeping, and understanding customer preferences.

2. WooCommerce Product Stock Control

  • If the product is non-digital, Invoize can automatically reduce stock.
  • You can also turn this feature off in the settings if you don’t want auto-adjustment.

3. Better Invoice Output

  • Fixed an issue where some Latin characters didn’t display properly in downloaded invoices.
  • Recurring invoices now generate correctly without creating duplicates.

4. Improved Invoice Management

  • Fixed issues with table columns in the invoice list.
  • Pagination works more smoothly when searching invoices.
  • Added tab location information to make searching faster and more accurate.

5. Unified Payment Experience

  • The payment page is now the default for all invoices and shows all available methods.
  • WooCommerce invoices now follow Invoize payment settings, instead of WooCommerce defaults.

How It Works in Practice

When you view a paid invoice, the payment method is clearly recorded. If you’re selling non-digital products, stock will automatically reduce once an invoice is completed. For subscription-based or recurring billing, invoices are now more reliable and won’t duplicate.

Looking Ahead

We are committed to continuously enhancing your invoicing experience,  this update is another step in making Invoize faster, smarter, and easier to use.
