Introducing the Quotation Feature
What It Does
The Quotation feature in Invoize allows you to generate detailed and professional quotations for your services or products. This, in turn, makes it simpler for you to communicate pricing and terms to your clients before you finalize a sale, helping you close deals with confidence.
The Idea Behind the Feature
This feature emerged directly from valuable feedback we received from our dedicated users. Many customers expressed a need for greater flexibility in how they present invoices. For example, some clients prefer not to display their names on the final invoice because they are only placing the order; instead, the invoice itself addresses their organization. The Quotation feature directly addresses this need. As a result, you can now create a tailored document that respects client preferences and professional boundaries.
How to Use the “Quotation” Feature and Preview Output
Using this feature is incredibly easy and intuitive. To begin, simply head to the Quotations tab in your Invoize dashboard and click Create New Quotation. You will find the layout familiar, just like when you’re creating an invoice.
Here is the preview when you fill in the “Quotation” section. You will notice that a box encloses the customer section. However, this section will not appear in the final output, such as the print preview or PDF result.
As the image below shows, the customer section is omitted because you are using the “Quotations” field. You will see this same format in the final PDF result. It’s a fast, clean, and powerful tool designed to simplify your pre-sales workflow.
In conclusion, with the launch of Invoize 1.11.3, we’re excited to provide you with a tool that enhances your entire invoicing and sales process. Therefore, the new Quotation feature is designed to simplify your workflow and improve your client interactions, making your business appear more professional and organized.
Don’t miss out! So, update your Invoize plugin today and start exploring the new Quotation feature. We’re eager to see how it transforms your invoicing experience!
