For example, some clients prefer that their names not appear on the final invoice since they only place the order, while the invoice itself is issued to their organization.
The Quotation feature addresses this need, allowing you to create customized documents that respect client preferences and maintain professional standards.
How to Use the “Quotation” Feature and View the Results
Using this feature is intuitive and straightforward:
Simply go to the Quotations tab in your Invoize dashboard and click Create New Quotation.
The layout is familiar just like when creating an invoice.
Fill in important details such as client information, offered services or products, and pricing details.
You can also personalize the document with your own branding.
When previewing the “Quotation” section, you’ll notice the client area is surrounded by a box—this will not appear in the final print or PDF output.
As shown in the preview image, the client section is excluded when the Quotation field is active.
You’ll see the same clean format in the generated PDF.
This feature is fast, clean, and powerful—designed to streamline your pre-sale workflow.
